Pablo’s Club operates a WhatsApp order-notification integration built on the WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta Cloud API). This page explains what data that integration stores and how you can ask us to delete it.
What we store
Your WhatsApp phone number, in international format.
Your name as it appears on your WhatsApp profile or in our order records.
Messages exchanged between you and Pablo’s Club on WhatsApp, including delivery and read status.
Order details used to personalise those messages: order number, order status, items, and shipping status.
We do not sell this data, and we do not share it with anyone other than Meta, which delivers the messages on our behalf.
How to request deletion
Send us a deletion request using either of these routes:
WhatsApp: reply to any message from us with the word DELETE.
Please include the phone number you used with us so we can locate your records.
What happens next
We confirm receipt of your request within 3 business days.
We permanently delete your phone number, your message history, and any contact record we hold, within 30 days.
We email you once the deletion is complete.
Some records may be retained where the law requires it — for example invoices and payment records kept for tax purposes. These are stored separately from the WhatsApp integration and are not used to message you.
Deleting your data means we can no longer send you order updates on WhatsApp.

رقم تليفونك على واتساب بالصيغة الدولية.
اسمك زي ما هو ظاهر على واتساب أو في سجل الطلبات.
الرسايل المتبادلة بينك وبين بابلوز كلوب على واتساب، وحالة التسليم والقراءة.
بيانات الطلب المستخدمة في الرسايل: رقم الطلب وحالته والمنتجات وحالة الشحن.
إحنا مابنبيعش البيانات دي، ومابنشاركهاش مع أي جهة غير Meta اللي بتوصّل الرسايل نيابة عننا.
اكتب رقم التليفون اللي استخدمته معانا عشان نلاقي بياناتك.
اللي بيحصل بعد كده
بنأكد استلام طلبك خلال 3 أيام عمل.
بنحذف رقمك وسجل رسايلك وأي بيانات تواصل نهائياً خلال 30 يوم.
بنبعتلك إيميل بعد ما الحذف يخلص.
في بيانات ممكن نضطر نحتفظ بيها لو القانون بيطلب كده — زي الفواتير وسجلات الدفع لأغراض ضريبية. دي متخزنة بعيد عن تكامل واتساب ومابتستخدمش في إرسال رسايل.
لما تحذف بياناتك مش هنقدر نبعتلك تحديثات الطلبات على واتساب.
