مدة شحن الطلب
بمجرد إتمام عملية الشراء عبر موقعنا الإلكتروني، سيقوم ممثلو قسم المبيعات بالاتصال بكم خلال يومين لتأكيد الطلب في مواعيد مختلفة.
في حال عدم الرد، سيتم إلغاء الطلب.
يتم شحن الطلب بعد التأكيد من يوم إلى أربعة أيام عمل.
يمكنكم معاينة الطلب فى حضور المندوب.
لا يسمح بـ الاستلام الجزئي للمنتجات، يمكنكم دائما استرجاع أو استبدال المنتجات الغير مرغوب فيها خلال 14 يوم من استلام طلبكم.
فى حالة عدم استلام الطلب يتم دفع رسوم الشحن كاملة.

Order Shipping Timeline

Once your purchase is completed on our website, our sales team will contact you within two days at different times to confirm your order.
If there is no response, the order will be automatically canceled.

Your order will be shipped within 1–4 business days after confirmation.

You can inspect your order upon delivery with the courier.

Partial delivery is not allowed. You can always return or exchange any unwanted items within 14 days of receiving your order.

In case the order is not received, the full shipping fee must be paid.
